How often should a heater be descaled? +
In most Saudi cities, once every 12 to 18 months. In hard-water districts of Riyadh, annually.
My tank is leaking — can it be welded? +
No. A perforated tank is corroded through and must be replaced; welding it is unsafe and will not hold.
Do you supply the new heater? +
We can, or you buy it and we install. Either way installation is 250 SAR for a like-for-like swap.
Do you work on central and solar systems? +
Yes, including circulation pumps, mixing valves and solar collector loops.
How long does a descale take? +
Around 90 minutes for a standard 50 to 100 litre tank, including drain and refill.
